Victoria D’Hondt is the Founder and CEO of Xpertise Lab Advisory, combining a background in luxury hospitality, and real estate. She blends experience across venture capital, fintech, blockchain, AI, and private investments with a holistic approach to leadership and wellbeing, and a refined understanding of human performance.
Partner to global institutions including the UK Parliament’s Frontier Family Office Forum, Monaco Ambassador Club, and Cambridge Frontier Technology Lab.
A graduate of EHL Hospitality Business School, she has led international projects, partnering with global institutions, including UK Parliament’s Frontier Family Office Forum, Cambridge Frontier Technology Laboratory, and the Monaco Ambassador Club.
Her philosophy blends strategy and self-mastery, guiding both investors and leaders to create meaningful, scalable, and conscious success.
